Finding the Blinds Chalet on the web was the best thing that could have happened for my mini blind replacement project. My blind order arrived on the day it was promised and was packaging was incredible. There was no damage and everything was perfect. All the parts were there and the installation instructions where easy to understand. I had the old blinds down and my new ones up in one day, and I have 17 windows. Our largest window with 2 on one headrail came with the headrail dented with about a 3" section at the top front/middle area bent enough a person could not fix it without returning.

Our largest window with 2 on one headrail came with the headrail dented with about a 3" section at the top front/middle area bent enough a person could not fix it without returning. The box was completely intact so this had to have happened at the factory. We went ahead and hung the blinds as they still hung strait and the decorative outside valance covers the dent.
Otherwise the blinds look very nice, the decorative valance quality is excellent and looks very nice and the overall craftmanship of the blinds themselves is above average and I would buy again.

WE bought blinds for our entire home. Delivery was fast, packing was great (no damage), and the measurements were very accurate. All the blinds came labeled for easy identification so installation was a snap. We chose the embossed for a more realistic look and we are so pleased with our blinds - love the classy valance at no additional cost. Definitely will recommend to everyone.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
